BEST AMERICAN COMPANY, Inc., is a manufacture of X materials. We are now
one of America's leading producers of X materials, and also have strong
trading relationships with a number of foreign companies.
As part of our plan to establish BEST AMERICAN COMPANY, Inc. in the Russian
market, we have been in negotiations with GREAT RUSSIANS, Ltd., a Kaluga
based company which has experience in dealing with X materials.
We invite Mr. Ivan Ivanov, General Director of GREAT RUSSIANS, Ltd.,
to visit our offices between July 19, 1999, and July 26, 1999, and request
you issue him US entry visa for this period.
We believe this trip is essential to the completion of the contract between
our two companies. Whilst the negotiations are virtually completed, we
would like to meet Mr. Ivanov to sign the contract in our presence and
discuss any changes to the agreement he would like to make.
Please accept our assurances as you consider this matter, that BEST AMERICAN
COMPANY, Inc. has a strong reputation for its international business and
that we always ensure the welfare and return travel arrangements of our
visitors meet official requirements. Regarding this fact, we provide guests
with medical expenses cover and provide return transport to the airport.
